Uncertain: I assume 'natural' means non-medication. There is no certain remedy, but appropriate medication has--by far--the best and quickest proven results by many studies. Directive 'coaching' and cognitive behavioral/organizational therapies have also shown benefit. Numerous dietary, supplement and other methods have not shown consistent or reliable results.

"Soon": It depends on what they are and if you have chosen the right "natural "remedies for you or your child. There are no many trials on these yet, but many have good results with trying dietary modifications (excluding gluten, adding saturated fats, ...), homeopathic remedies, exercise, cognitive therapy, supportive environment, .... Some may have dramatic quick response, others may take a while.See a dr.
