Nutrition: Well, nutrition won't totally treat adhd, but optimize good nutrition and make sure other possible contributors aren't making it worse. Sleeping well and enough? Eating healthy foods and minimizing or eliminating food coloring and high fructose corn syrup? Make sure not depressed or having other treatable contributors, such as learning disorder, hearing or vision problems, pain (eg headaches).
