Yes: Kyphoscoliosis can cause what is called restive lung disease. May have symptoms such as shortness of breath, cough, recurrent infections, lack of oxygen.

Yes: especially a kyphosis. scoliosis can do it as well. The abnormal curvature causes a change in the lung mechanics making you short of breath.
