Refuse or consent: Not consenting means refusing. Otherwise, it is understood that when you seek treatment, then you want it. If she doesnt understand, then she must ask it to be explained. If she doesn't feel comfortable with the level of explanation, then she should seek a care provider who takes a different approach.
