Propranolol: It is a moderately high dose but if your friend is healthy it should be ok, if she has asthma, copd, experiences symptoms of dizziness low blood pressure etc, call your md/911 or go to nearest er if you can safely get there the answer is purely for educational purposes, please contact your md.
