Corneal abrasion: Corneal abrasions are fairly common - they usually heal on their own if very tiny (probably like yours if caused by a kleenex), but see an ophthalmologist (eye md) if pain continues, increased photosensitivity, vision changes, and/or discharge. They can prescribe meds to help with pain.
