Stretch everyday: If it is back pain, start by stretching everyday. If you want to do aerobics, start with mild aerobics. Of course i would like to know where on your body do you have pain.

Look for help: Sometimes self determined exercise can be harmful. I suggest you ask your physician about a physical therapist who can recommend exercises that will strengthen you but not cause undue pain. Dont overdo it.
