Im diabetic and is it ok if i eat sugar foods as long as my blood sugar stays below 120 ?

Diabetic diet: While it's important to be aware of the amount of simple sugars you eat, the focus of your diet should be the quantity and quality of the foods you eat. A normal fasting sugar for a diabetic should be under 120. After eating or postprandial blood sugars should not be over 200 after an hour.

Absolutely you can: In moderation of course and if on insulin, you must account for the grams of carbs when taking insulin.
