See your doctor: You should be able to bend over and not have to close your eyes. There are some serious conditions that could cause this. Not sure if it is new or if you have other medical conditions but see your doctor and talk to them.

Head rush: Your symptoms could be related to blood presses or heart beat abnormalities as well as many other issues. See your doctor for further evaluation.
