What would cause me to have painful spots on op of head with some knots and soft feeling spots. also have been seeing floaters out of right eye. ?

Granulomatous: Sarcoidosis or other causes of iritis/ uveitis. Viral or other infectious process.

Several things: I don't know that your 2 symptoms are connected. The knots on your scalp could be anything from muscular tension to inflammatory skin lesions of the scalp. If you can feel skin lesions, have a dermatologist check it out. If they feel muscular, massage may help. For the eye floaters, especially if they are of new onset, you should see an ophthalmologist to check for retinal tears.
