See doc: Doubt your symptoms are related to the accident 4 months ago, but to diagnose your conditions correctly, i recommend you see your doc as more history and physical exam is needed to correctly diagnose your condition.

See eye doctor : Depending on your exam this could be anything from heavy droopy eyelids to apraxia of lid opening. Apraxia of lid opening is a condition where you cannot, or have difficulty to, open your eyes after eye closure. You should see your eye doctor or neuro-ophthalmologist to determine the cause of your symptoms.
