Concussion!: Many things could. Possibly a vitreous floater caused from the hit to the head (a blurred piece of jelly floating in the eye). Possibly a concussion (you also need to be concerned with an intracranial bleed). You probably should see a doctor immediately. It could be a form of a migraine called ocular migraine.
