You mean...: ...that actually worked? None. Don't be hoodwinked by all the ignorant crackpots out there: "Ancient wisdom" is a myth. The ancients mostly lived short, hard, illness-ridden lives. Forget about ch'i and ayurvedic medicine and all that claptrap. The truth is that it's all 99% worthless. In the old days until not so long ago, if you got sick or injured, you got better on your own or you died.
