See below: Please discuss this in detail with your treating pain physician. Other around the clock medication treatments include: oral morphine, non narcotics like neurontin, topamax, lamictal, lyrica, (pregabalin) cymbalta, and so on. In my practice, i frequently recommend muscle relaxants, anti-inflammatories too when appropriate.
