High IgG: I assume your doctor then requested a subclass analysis of igg. It is important to recognize that a monoclonal elevation may indicate a serious condition. Ask your doctor. If it is polyclonal meaning that there is a general increase in igg, it may be found with inflammatory or infectious states. Sometimes a hematologist, immunologist or oncologist is needed to track this down.
