Peripheral neuropath: This really depends on the cause. Reversal is not common. Halting the progression is more the norm.

Depends on cause: Many times peripheral neuropathy is reversible but it depends on the cause. If due to diabetes improved control, benfotiamine & frequency specific microcurrent can help. If due to heavy metals or pharmaceuticals detoxification can help. If due to vitamin deficiencies vitamins will help, etc. Consider complementary approaches like homeopathy, herbs and acupuncture.
