Make a plan: Start with a plan and do one thing new each week. Start with taking a multivitamin, vit d3 and calcium. Weigh yourself once a week upon rising. Eat protein with each meal. Exercise 20 minutes a day. 1st week drop out drinking any calories. The 2nd week drop out any foods that are white starch (white rice, potatoes, bread, pasta). The 3rd week decrease your portion sizes. 1-2-3 magic!
