What is the best solution for lupus sle patients whose hair comes out?

Several!: If you have active lupus, your body is "catabolic, " or in a breadown mode. Your hair will not grow normally and sometimes will be shed. However, treatments for sle, such as Prednisone potentiates hair loss, and this is true for methotrexate, azothioprine, cyclophosphamide, etc.
Take 5000mcg of biotin, and 2mg of folic acid. But there may be no "good" solution.
