Yes: It should not be a problem if done with mild perm like "soft body" perm and you do not have scalp involvement.

See below: I agree with the other comment, but make sure your thyroid is under control as thyroid disease can be associated with skin lupus and if your thyroid function is not under control, your perm may not take.
