None: Sciatica is usually quite severe and there is no otc that is very effective in relieving it. All the otc are about equal in there pain relieving abilities so you can try any of them. If they are not effective, see your doctor for an exam and referral to pain specialist for treatment.

NSAIDs: There are patients who find relief with otc nsaids such as Aleve (naproxen) and advil. But you made need prescription medication if these do not work.
