I apologize but: I am not sure what type of medication neroday is. I can tell you that no pill will cure sciatic pain. The only cure for sciatic pain is physical therapy. This will help correct some of the underlying issues, whereas medications will only cover up the pain. The one exception to this is if you have an acute herniation, steroids may help some.
