Tylenol (acetaminophen): Being pregnant makes this difficult. Sciatica refers to pain that travels down the leg. It is not emergent but it is painful. I would recommend physical therapy and a support belt for your tummy. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is your safest option.

Dr. Ron Eaker answered

Symptoms: Most sciatic nerve pain in pregnancy is felt in the lower back and runs down the buttocks into the leg, it is worse with certain movements, and helped by heat, massage, and physical therapy. You need to rule out other causes also by being checked.
