Yes: Not unusual after getting the plumbing reworked. Discuss with the surgeon at follow up visit. Not normal to have severe pain, vomiting, no stool output, bleeding after reversal; if present, call md asap.

Abdominal soreness : Abdominal soreness is normal. Colostomy reversal occurs at the rectus muscle which can cause soreness when closed. You cannot feel intestinal soreness, just obstruction which would cause abdominal distension and bloating.
