Somethings not right: There are a how long list of problems that could cause pain. It could be arthritis, it could be an infection, it could be a muscle strain, it could be a disk problem in the neck. Please see a doctor, and they can ask you questions, and give you an exam to try and find the cause. Pain is often a warning sign, that the body is using to tell you to pay attention to the problem.
