A member asked:

How often can you have radiotherapy? do too many normal, good cells die if you do it too often?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Llimited: When a person receives radiation therapy to a specific site it usually means they have received the maximum dose the tissue at that site can tolerate. Therefore additional radiation to that site (re-radiation) is usually not offered.
