New normal?: While most women physically should make a complete recovery after a lumpectomy and radiation, there is no avoiding the fact that you and your body went through a lot both physically and mentally. Being on a new medication also can affect your overall sense of well being. You should mention this to your medical oncologist or md to ensure nothing else is going on unrelated to cancer.

Like menopause: Zoladex (goserelin) is a medication that blocks production of ovarian hormones so you are in a medically induced menopause. Accordingly, you will have all the medical issues associated with that. No wonder you haven't felt "normal.".
