More starches,avoid : Avoid fried/greesy foods. Usually relatively bland foods will be more appealing, seasoned /spiced foods may cause nausea. Steam from hot food may not agree..So use less than steamy hot foods. Cold cuts and fruits are more appealing.Rich foods are hard to digest so go with pasta and more starch based foods.
