Very rare.: Having a family history does put you at higher risk, so does having multiple surgical procedures (corneal transplants, liver transplants), and residing on a farm for more than 10 years. With all those factors combined, the risk is still very very low for people to get cjd. Unless you have the familial variant in your family, then i wouldn't worry about it. You're more likely to win lottery.

Very low risk: Agree with Dr. Duchicela . Worldwide it effects about 1 in a million people with about 350 US cases per year. It is very rare. Hereditary cases make up about 15% & acquired cases are very rare. Most are sporadic.

Agree with Dr. F&D: Do not worry about a very very low risk. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Wish you good health!
