Not likely: Cjd is caused by prions which are microscopic particles similar to viruses but lacking nucleic acid material like dna or rna. They come from cows and take prolonged and/or significant exposure to pass to humans, e.g. Living on a farm for more than 10 years or deep or transplant surgery. Passage through perspiration would be virtually impossible.
