Does any eye drops cause papilloedema over time?

No: Papilledema is due to elevated pressure of the cerebral spinal fluid transmitted to the optic disc at the back of the eye. Eyedrops do not cause this, nor do they correct it. A neurologist should be consulted for papilledema.
