Most common-allergy: Eye allergens are common to cause daily itching, dryness and irritation along with watering... Watery eyes may also be due to "chronic dry eyes".

Maybe: Maybe. Eye allergies can cause red eyes and blurred vision but the predominant symptom is usually itching. If it is not itching, it us most likely something else. I would try topical artificial tears and allergy drops as needed. If no improvement, see your eye doctor.
