Is it possible to have eye allergies without symptoms? my eyelids are usually swollen but i dont have any itch, redness on my eyes. should i use allergy eye drops?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ophthalmologist. Wish you good health!

Swollen eyelids could be symptoms of allergy, however they can be symptoms of other conditions too (ocular and nonocular diseases). Allergy eyedrops might not help. In that case, you should discuss with your primary care doctor and/or your local eye care provider.

there are other things that cause eyelid swelling other than allergies. seek medical attention if continuing to have symptoms, PMD to start, specialist on referral
