A member asked:

Are there any specific foods that will keep me from craving sweets like twinkies?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: You need to exercise your own self-control and consciously think of eating healthy things. Frankly, there is absolutely no reason to ever eat a twinkie - it has absolutely no nutrition. Read the packaging - it is all chemicals. As for sweets in general, healthier sweets like fruit, raisins, or even rare consumption of crackers and some cookies may be ok. Always keep in mind the risk of diabetes.
