My bf had a vitreous hemorrhage. what to do so he can regain his vision?

VITREOUS HEMORRHAGE: It is difficult to tell you what you can do without knowing what if any treatment he received and whether there is retinal detachment etc i suggest he should see an opthalmologist who specialises in this condition, you can see any opthalmologist and get o proper referal if not done do it asap, before it is too late.

Depends: Ask your retina specialist. Mild ones can dissolve away on their own. Others require vitrectomy to remove, especially if there is underlying pathology such as retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, etc. At the very least you should avoid strenuous physical activity and blood thinners (aspirin, nsaids, high dose vitamin e, fish oils, etc.).
