Deep pain: The pain after intercourse in women with endometriosis is ofter described as a deep, sometimes persistent discomfort. There can also be pain during intercourse if the endometriotic implants are in such a place they they get "hit" during intercourse. Intercourse is not supposed to hurt - if it does, there may be something to get checked out.
