Probably not prgnant: Progesterone only pills are notorious for giving you irregular, unpredictable periods. You shouldn't expect to have a regular period every month on these pills so a late period doesn't mean you are pregnant. If you are worried, you can do a home pregnancy test and make sure. If you are taking them correctly and haven't missed any, you are probably not pregnant. Best wishes!
