why don't sleeping-aid medicines work on me when i am sick?

Dr. Marsha Davis

Lots of reasons : You are probably resting or sleeping during the day. Your sleep cycle is disturbed. You may have symptoms that interfere with sleep like a stuffy nose or cough or pain that no sleep aide will overcome . Your sleep will get better as you get better!
