Possibly for you: Techically, there may not be any proven clinical efficacy, but anything that relaxes you is good! if it puts your mind and body at a more calm and relaxed state, this will help prepare you for sleep. Give it a try.

I don't know: Aromatherapy is believed to impact sleep through relaxation & sedative effects. Lavender Essential oil is reported to ^ depth of sleep & Chamomile essential oil has also been shown to be beneficial.
