Sleep hygiene.: Generally, go to bed at the same time every night, awaken the same time every morning, stay in bed if you awaken during the night, no naps during the day, no activities in bed other than sleeping and relations, don't eat within four hours of going to sleep. Melatonin supplementation can help, too.
