My son takes 54mg of concerta every morning at 6am for his add, and it works great. it usally wears off by around 4-5pm, and he takes a sleep aid at night about 8:30pm......tonight he took the concerta instead. will he be up all night?

Hard to say: Some kids actually settle & sleep easier with these meds than expected since their system is a bit different. Time will tell. There is nothing you can do about it after the fact but wait it out.
