Many possibilities: Could be as simple as post-nasal drip or allergy problems. Could also be a throat or ear infection. Go to your doctor if fever develops or if it won't resolve soon. Otherwise, maybe try an over the counter antihistamine.

See an ENT: A ENT specialist will be able to examine your entire throat and help you find out what the problem is. This could be a minor problem or could be dangerous, so if it persists for more than a few days, see a ENT specialist.
