Are you worried : because you have severe or persistent heartburn or because of concern this pain might not actually be heartburn? Here is a very good Mayo Clinic article that can help to distinguish heartburn/ GERD from a heart attack.

Hello, I have been taking Tecta for 7 days for GERD without any improvement for now. However, Pepcid and Tums are really helpful and sharply reduces the heartburn. Is there anything to be worried about regarding Tecta not working?
