Posin Ivy : Unlikely that poison ivy would cause a fever, ( temperature over 101.4 ). Possibly a mild elevation, but not a fever.

Probably Not: Poison ivy is a contact dermatitis that will cause a local rash in the area of contact. Contact derm does not cause fever.
