Pink is okay.: Having pink feet doesn't necessarily mean you have bad circulation. Do you have swelling in your feet? Do your toes get numb? Do you get cramping in your calfs when you exercise? Those things are more indicative of poor circulation. It doesn't hurt to get a thorough checkup by your doc though.

Yes u should: Your primary care can do a quick screening test called ankle brachial index or abi and this will tell u if u have poor circulation or not.

Yes: Even if your feet are pink you could still have poor circulation. If you have any concerns then please see your doctor.
