Doubtful: Anxiety can certainly cause these issues and if you are having anxiety, it certainly needs to be treated. With that said, There are certainly other medical conditions that can cause your symptoms and you need to be evaluated appropriately. There are some rare vascular conditions that can affect young people like yourself and again needs appropriate work up. Smoking can increase your symptoms
