Start with your primary doc. S/he will do initial assessments and if further evaluations are needed by a specialty they will know who/where in your region would be available for such needs.

I would start with an in person visit to a generalist family medicine provider in your community. They will be able to check your pulses and perform additional testing (ABI) if needed to evaluate if you have any problems with your circulation.
