Absolutely: I do this for patients all the time. The key is to find the right doctor skilled in both disciplines or a doctor to do the outside who works well with the doctor to do the inside. You want to end up with a nose that looks good and works well.

Yes: Occasionally rhinoplasty and sinus surgery can be done in the same session. Unless you find a surgeon who you want to do both procedures you will have to find both a sinus surgeon and a facial plastic surgeon that both have privileges in the same facility and then work on coordinating schedules.
