The best way to boost your immune system is to do all those things your mom used to bug you about - get enough sleep, wash your hands, exercise, and eat a well-rounded, healthy diet. There is no magic "cure-all" pill to boost the immune system, but a daily multivitamin can't hurt. Finally make sure to get your yearly flu shot!

The best way to boost your immunity is to pamper your body: get 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night, eat well, maintain a proper weight, exercise regularly, and don't smoke!

Many people are looking for some "magic pill" to "boost their immune system". There is no such pill. However, there is a way to boost your immune system, live a healthy lifestyle. Proper diet, proper sleep- wake cycles, healthy environment, proper exercise are the foundation of good health and good immune health. Supplements should be used selectively to supplement a healthy diet.
