Mom knows best: The best way to boost your immune system is to do all those things your mom used to bug you about - get enough sleep, wash your hands, exercise, and eat a well-rounded, healthy diet. There is no magic "cure-all" pill to boost the immune system, but a daily multivitamin can't hurt. Finally make sure to get your yearly flu shot!
