Not yet: Many women can have nonspecific abdominal pain on the right side. There are several etiologies: ovarian cysts, tuboovarian abscess, pid, appendicitis, gastroenteritis, colitis, crohn's disease, etc. If your test is inconclusive, a ct scan might be beneficial to evaluate after a thorough physical examination and blood tests. Definitely follow up on this test and discuss with your physician.
