Yes: You probably need to check yourself in ER...although right lower quadrant pain is an atypical presentation for cholecystitis ...( most patients come with upper right quadrant pain) given the hz of gallstones, nausea and vomiting you have to go to ER where they cod easily run studies and rule out checyatitis vs appendicitis

Yes: The small gall stone without infection should not cause fever or chills. Cholecystitis could cause such symptoms or other GI infections
